TERMS

For Street Skater, Street Blader and the other Street Series games, and Street ID. Last updated: 29 September 2026.

These terms are between you and Enigma Made (Chris Doughty), in the United Kingdom, which makes and runs the games. By playing, you agree to them. Questions: hello@enigmamade.com.

The games

• The games are free to play in your browser. We keep improving them, which sometimes means adding, changing or removing spots, tricks or features.
• The games, their art, music, characters and code belong to Enigma Made. You're welcome to stream, record and share clips of your play. Please don't copy, resell or re-host the games themselves.
• Cheat codes are part of the fun. Hacking the game, the leaderboards or our servers is not.

Leaderboards and names

• Initials and skater names are public. Nothing rude or hateful, and don't pretend to be someone else. We can change or remove a name or score that breaks this.
• We can remove scores that look faked, and close accounts that fake them.

Your Street ID

• A Street ID is optional and free. You must be 13 or over to make one.
• One person per account. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your Street ID at any time (PROFILE > ACCOUNT). We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
• Our privacy policy explains what we keep and why.

Buying things (when the shop opens)

• Packs and outfits are digital content. They unlock straight away on your Street ID, on every device you sign in on.
• When you buy, you ask for the item to be supplied straight away and you agree that, once it is, you lose the 14-day right to cancel under UK law.
• A Crew Pass renews every month (or year) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from PROFILE > MEMBERSHIP > MANAGE, and it runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
• If something you paid for doesn't work, email us and we'll fix it or refund you. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
• We'll try to give notice before removing anything you've paid for.

The legal bits

• The games are provided as they are. We work hard to keep them running, but we can't promise they'll always be available or free of bugs, and saves kept only in your browser can be lost if the browser's data is cleared.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
• We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. If a change matters for Street ID holders, we'll also let them know in the game.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also use your local courts.
